This is actually really soothing! It's simple to set up, you basically just take the top off & pour water into the "clean" side of the lower container. You need to make sure the water is warm & that's indicated by a green light (red is too hot), so, you kow it's the right temp. Then you just place it against your ear and go! It comes with extra little "ear nubs"? If that's what you call them? The piece that sticks out from the center & goes into your ear, they are a little tough to pull off, but, it's as easy as that to change them out, just pull it off & put on another. It's super quick to get going, easy to use & MUCH less of a mess than those manual ones, it works much better too. My ears felt great! I think this one is a win!
